Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Record reps from all 32 intervals.
Pullups: 13 12 8 8 8 6 6 6
Pushups: 20 16 12 10 10 8 8 8
Situps: 11 11 11 10 10 10 10 10
Squats: 14 16 14 11 14 14 14 14
Getting back into the game is going to be hard considering how much I time I had to take off to recover from sickness >.<
